Arvexa is a non-custodial lending aggregator built on the Solana ecosystem. We provide users with an interface to interact with third-party DeFi protocols.

• We do not hold, custody, or control user funds
• All transactions are executed directly from your connected wallet
• We do not operate or control any underlying protocols

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Arvexa does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

All information presented on the platform is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating risks before making any decisions.

By using Arvexa, you acknowledge:

• DeFi protocols carry significant risks, including smart contract failures, hacks, and loss of funds
• Market volatility may result in partial or total loss
• Transactions on blockchain are irreversible

You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Arvexa interacts with third-party protocols. We:

• Do not own or control these protocols
• Do not guarantee their safety, performance, or reliability

Any interaction you make is directly with those protocols, not with Arvexa.

Currently, Arvexa does not charge fees.

In the future, we may introduce small transaction-based fees. Any such changes will be clearly disclosed before they apply.

You are responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Verifying all transaction details before approval
• Understanding the protocols you interact with

Arvexa cannot recover lost funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvexa shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds
• Smart contract failures
• Protocol exploits
• Incorrect transactions initiated by users

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Arvexa means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
